2018 is simply one of the best years for Nigerian singer Davido as he has just announced on social media on his recent purchase and this item, it is not another luxurious car, but a Private Jet.

The Multiple hit maker has revealed that he has become one of the youngest private jet owners in response to a fan on social media.

 

The ‘IF’ singer just revealed he has bought a private jet and it is set to land in 2 weeks.

The singer who is currently in Atlanta for his second daughter’s birthday, shared the good news on Twitter writing;

“Air OBO soon land !! THIS ONE NAH FINAL ”

A follower then commented;

“OBO is about to get a private jet. Chioma soup oo”

Davido then replied the user aying the jet is alreafy bought and it is not as a result of any soup. It is coming out of his hard work and ambition.

“Bought already .. it’s not soup it’s Hard work and Ambition!”

This has sparked a controversy just today on social media after he made the announcement. With some of his fans saying it could just be another stunt to remain in the news and trend again. But some fact finding by a certain automotive webiste Autojosh revelaed that the Jet in question was recently bought from the informataion they were able to get on the Internet about the jet.

From some details extracted from the photo of the receipt, we at did a bit of online search to confirm the authenticity of Davido’s claim.
With some details obtained on the receipt, together with the serial number of the PJ, we did an online investigation from a verified Bombardier information website about the Bombadiar Challenger 605. The response we got showed that the aircraft with that serial number was recently sold.
