It was a moment of joy for the Manchester United Football Club Team as they won the 2015/2016 seasons edition of the English FA Cup at the expense of Crystal Palace Football Club.

The match which was widely contested by both teams was extended into extra time, after a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes.

Crystal Palace opened the goal for the day before the equalizing goal was scored by the United's team towards the end of the match.

The winning goal was scored in the extra time, from a beautiful strike by Lingard and this finally earned Man Utd the trophy, which is their 12th FA Cup trophy and gets them tied with Arsenal, they have longed for this moment since a very long time. 

And also, it was an Eureka moment for Captain Wayne Rooney, is winning the FA Cup for the first time in his entire footballing career
