Koko Master, D’Ba would also be hosting the much anticipated reality series “Lip Sync Battle Africa” along side South African actress Pearl Thusi.
“Regardless of the fact that I am a musician, in the music already you find element of this; it is always there,” Falz said. I think being able to marry both together would not be much of a difficult thing.”
“I am even very excited about the cross over; I am very popular as a musician. Now I am crossing over to television, it just shows that my brand is multi-faceted.
“I think generally people did not know I can speak English like this. I am a barrister and I am able to balance things,” the lawyer-turned-artiste said.
DB Records boss, D’Banj also admitted that he was really anxious as regards his new role given to him by MTV Base while assuring fans that they would have a swell time watching the entertainer on the show;
“First of all, I am not stepping into anybody’s shoes; Africa is different, that is why it is called Lip-sync Battle Africa. I am only going to be playing myself, D’Banj. I have a wonderful co-host who is a great personality, a beautiful kokolet and she’s South African,”

“The Bigger Friday Show” will premiere at 6.00pm on 29 April. On Saturday 30 April at 6.00pm, while “Lip Sync Battle Africa” will debut on the same channel.
