canal in Ikorodu area of Lagos, says the Lagos state police command.
The Police Spokesperson, DSP Joseph Offor said the
decomposing bodies of the yet-to-be-identified women were found in a canal at
Anibaba area, off Akele Street, Ikorodu at about 3:30PM on Sunday, December 6,
2015.
He added that officials of the Lagos State Environmental
Agency have since moved the corpses to a public mortuary for autopsy.
