Justice Gabriel Kolawole, after hearing his plea, ordered that
he (Dokpesi) be remanded in EFCC custody pending the hearing of his bail application
coming up today (Thursday) by 12:30PM.
Dokpesi is on trial for receiving N2.1billion from the
office of the National Security Adviser between October 2014 and March 19, 2015
for PDP’s Presidential media campaign. This is contrary to the Provisions of
the Public Procurement Act, Money Laundering Act and the EFCC Act.
