A former Nigerian Petroleum Minister, Mrs Diezani Alison-Madueke, has been granted bail from custody, Channels TV reports.
Her bail came several hours after she had been detained for several hours. During her brief detention, sources said that she was grilled by UK officials on allegations bordering on money laundry to corruption.
However, her movement has been restricted following the seizure of her passport as she is expected to report to the Charing Cross Police Station on Monday for questioning.
Deziani was arrested in London on Friday in a London apartment. However, the London Police said she is to be charged to court for money laundering.
Mrs Alison-Madueke was arrested in London on Friday along with four other persons in relation to corruption allegations being investigated by the UK National Crime Agency.
