A Zimbabwean lady has been captured and charged under the steady gaze of a court for going into marriage with another man while still married.
The Sunday News detailed that Moreblesing Maridza (41) of Platinum Park in Zvishavane, wedded another man subsequent to blaming her first spouse for neglecting to get physically involved with her for as far back as 12 years.
Maridza was summoned under the steady gaze of a court on charges of plural marriage which she confessed to. She anyway told the court that her first spouse, Mr James Chivandire had gotten slow-witted and was not, at this point fit for playing out his obligations as a husband inciting her to wed the other man.
The distribution revealed that Chivandire supposedly fell and experienced dysfunctional behavior in 2000. In 2012 Maridza proceeded to wed a subsequent spouse, David Mhuru who she began living with after their wedding.
The issue possibly became visible in September when an official at the Registrar-General's office saw that Maridza had two legitimate marriage testaments.
Maridza was condemned to a half year in jail in the wake of being summoned under the watchful eye of a court. In any case, a quarter of a year were suspended on condition that she pays a fine of $5 000 and the other three suspended on state of she not submitting a comparative offense in the following five years.
