A peculiar situation was seen by observers in Ezeagu, Enugu state, Nigeria, where palm wine was filled into a basket,
yet amazingly not so much as a single drop of palm wine spilled out of any of the openings in the basket.
As found in the video below, palm wine which is a liquid alchol drink, was filled a basket with cowries at its edge and individuals utilized their nearby cups to serve themselves from the basket to drink.
