As per Guiterrez, she saw the man's soul arise and stroll over the water in the Philippines on November 21, she has now delivered film of the 'spirit' which shot on her telephone at the Davao del Norte region .
The man, distinguished as Dondon, allegedly suffocated at the quarry site while attempting to save a stray dog.
Dondon had the option to push the creature to security yet kept on slipping into the more profound piece of the water at the same time.
His associate raised the caution when he saw he had been away for some time.
A rescue group was then called to deliver him and it was in these nerve-gnawing minutes that the spectator guaranteed the white spirit arose out of the water.
She stated: "It was very creepy because I did not expect to capture that thing on my phone.
"I know it was his ghost. It gave me goosebumps when I watched it.''
When inquired as to whether she had utilized a video editorial manager to mess with the video, Guiterrez was determined she didn't alter it.
She added: ''It has upset the family of the man. They are so upset. I recorded the people trying to save him and I didn't expect to see that.
"When I played it back, I caught something like a spirit walking on the water.
"It had the shape of a man.''
