A man has started shock via web-based media after he was gotten on camera, taking a video of a woman who sat behind him.
In the viral video, the one who shook a red shirt and a face veil, was seen drawing out his telephone to snap the legs of woman who sat behind him.
Another traveler who was in the transport seen his activity and recorded the demonstration, and the video has been moving via web-based media.
While a few Nigerians accused the individual chronicle for not raising a caution about the episode, others are slamming the offender for doing such a demonstration in broad daylight.
