Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, SAN, has been hauled to the International Criminal Court, ICC.
The complaint dated fourth November, 2020, was routed to the Office of Madame Fatou Bensouda, the Prosecutor, International Criminal Court (ICC).
In the complaint documented by Joseph Nwaegbu, Esq. a Senior Associate of Pathfind Attorneys in the interest of Make Nigeria Better Initiative (MNBI), made claim the role played by Mr. Falana before, during and after what spectators portrayed as "the mother of all protests in Nigeria" was disgraceful as well as criminal.
The group in their claim, additionally blamed Falana for having kept up adversarial pose against Nigeria's security powers, particularly the military since the time the nation got back to vote based system.
Reporters earlier revealed that an activist named Kenechukwu Okeke, filed a criminal suit Aisha Yesufu, Deji Adeyanju, Folarin Falana prevalently known as Falz, Yemi Alade, Tuface among others before the Federal Capital High Court in Abuja, FCT over the #EndSARS fights.
