Three fire fighters of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service were apparently harmed and a fire motor of the Agency harmed by hoodlums,
who assaulted the authorities over the span of obligation on Sunday, November 29.
Acting Head of the Agency, Mrs. Margaret Adeseye, who affirmed the occurrence, communicated dismay over the relentless assaults on firemen as of late for yet to be recognized reasons.
She reviewed that the assault on the firemen and the motor happened after authorities the office were kept from taking care of a fire occurrence at Nmani Street, Dopemu Agege, in Orile Agege LCDA, Lagos.
Adeseye educated that three fire fighters from a team of four were harmed and the Agency's vehicle, Agege Fire Eagle C07, harmed by the hooligans subsequent to keeping the faculty from playing out their official obligations.
The Fire Service supervisor clarified that it took the mediation of a group of police officers from Alabo Police Division, driven by Supol Bako Muhammed, before regularity was reestablished at the fire scene.
She expressed that the harmed officials were treated at Agege General Hospital, while examinations about the occurrence are on-going to impact the capture of guilty parties and discover the reason for the assault.
