Governor Obaseki’s ADC faints During His Swearing-In Ceremony (Video)

Soon after he made his vow of office, Governor Obaseki took to the platform to give his speech. 

Reports assembled that the governor was reading his debut speech when the event occurred, and other security specialists needed to step in to support him. 

The incident allegedly occurred at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Edo State, and the vow of office was regulated by the State Chief Judge, Hon. Equity Esther Edigin. 

Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu, flanked by his wife, first made the vow of office at about 11.48pm, before Governor Godwin Obaseki, likewise flanked by wife made his own vow of office at about 12.00pm.
