A legal advisor speaking to #EndSARS protesters at the Lagos state Judicial board on Inquiry, Adesina Ogunlana, has approached the board...

to welcome the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, over the camera he found at the Lekki tollgate on Sunday, October 25.
Fashola had went with some South-West Governors and Ministers to Lagos to sympathize with the state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, over the monstrous devastation of lives and properties that occurred in the wake of the commandeered #EndSARS protest. While taking a visit through a portion of the public offices crushed, Fashola found a camera which he said would help in the examination.
At the continued hearing of the board on Friday, November 27, Ogunlana told the director of the board, Retired Justice Doris Okuwobi, that the previous Minister should be gathered so he can clarify the conditions wherein he found a camera at the tollgate five days after the shooting episode.
He affirmed that the visit to the toll gate on October 25 when Fashola found a camera "suggests an intrusion" into the proof of the October 20 shootings.
Ogunlana made the solicitation to call Fashola while interrogating the Managing Director of the Lekki Concession Company, administrators of the Lekki tollgate, Abayomi Omomuwa.
Ogunlana had asked Omomuwa in the event that he knew that "on October 25, the Governor of Lagos State brought some persons to visit the tollgate?" to which, Omomuwa said he just read it in the news. He further disclosed to Ogunlana that he was absent during the visit since he doesn't answer to the Lagos State Government.
At that point Ogunlana asked him, "Where is that camera that the minister, popularly known as Agent Fash, removed?” And in response, Omomuwa said, “I don’t know."
Notwithstanding, counsel for LCC, Rotimi Seriki, had a problem with Ogunlana asking Omomuwa inquiries about Fashola. Answering to Seriki, Ogunlana said the issue was vital to his case and inquired as to whether the board had given a summon on Fashola.
Justice Okuwobi who seats the board at that point disclosed to Ogunlana that he would need to follow the correct method in the event that he needed Fashola's appearance before the board.
Reacting, Ogunlana said
“I wouldn’t know if it is too early for me to apply for Minister Fashola to appear before the panel to assist investigation?”
