A Nigerian Police officer has been caught in the act of extorting a driver for the sum of twenty-five thousand naira while on his way to the Airport.
This is coming following a peaceful protest against police brutality and harassment in Nigeria themed #EndSars and #EndPoliceBrutality.
In the video that surfaced on the internet, the police officer could be heard bargaining for a bribe up to the tune of 25 thousand naira while threatening of further complications should in case his demand is not met.
The police officer ended up calling his team to book-in the driver’s car after he pleaded to pay two thousand naira out of five thousand naira on him.
