As of early hour of the afternoon, Thugs have attacked a prison on Sapele Road in Benin City, the Edo State capital, Monday October 19th.
It was discovered that the armed thugs had hijacked an #EndSARS protest against police brutality and extrajudicial killings.
As shown in viral video, the thugs unleashed terror on prison officials to free inmates. Some videos show the prisoners escaping through the fence, other vides show the prisoners running on the street and another video shows some prisoners changing outfits.
