Hoodlums broke into the Orientation Camp of the National Youth Corps in Kubwa, Abuja on Tuesday October 27,
carting away different items such as bags of rice, mattresses, and others.
Residents in the neighborhood also took advantage of the unrest to participate in the looting, as seen in the video men and woman grab all they can.
