Arrest has been made in the beating of Gunderson. Chase Passon, Alexis Strenke and Ruby Jimenez were arrested and charged following the beating of Jacob Gunderson, after the video found its way to Instagram.

Passon, Jimenez and Strenke have all been charged and are to appear in court in August. Strenke and Jimenez are scheduled to appear in court on August 3 while Passon court appearance is scheduled on August 3. His signature bond was signed at $2,500
