Rashed Saif Belhasa, 15, the son of Dubai construction mogul Saif Ahmed Belhasas, has taken delivery of a brand new £200,000 Ferrari wrapped in Louis Vuitton print despite being too young to drive it.
Rashed who's nicknamed Money Kicks took to his social media accounts to flaunt his Ferrari F12 Berlinetta with its 6.3-litre V12 engine. But he will not be able to drive the super car until he turns 18, according to the legal driving age in Dubai.
