The woman was arrested at her home which in Lekki axis of Lagos state , it was confirmed that she had paid about N600,000 to hired killers to kill her husband , but did not finished her payment of N400,000 till the job is done and the husband confirmed dead.
Lagos state Commissioner of police Fatai Owoseni, who is in charge of the case said the woman was among 25 suspected criminals arrested by the command in two weeks.
However the identity of the woman is not disclose by Owoseni saying it would jeopardize the on going investigation
but affirmed that the hired assassins had confessed to the crime.
“He said, narrating that the woman was picked up after a suspect who was arrested and he named her as the person who is behind the job.
