From what looked like a major goof on the side of the 1st TV Station in Africa and the national TV of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Obama of the United States was mistaken for Chris Ngige, the Minister of employment in Nigeria.

That was a terrible mistake to make, especially coming from a National TV.
