In agony Christophe Agbepa Mumba AKA Koffi Olumide ''Laments No, this is not happening to me, the Grand Mapao, Sarkozy and Benedict the XVI of Congo. Why am I here in jail with the lowest of the low, because of a mere woman? This is nothing but the supernatural fingers of my enemies. ''
The best of my witch-doctors warned me before I left for Kenya. “I see a cloud gathered over your head. A conspiracy by your enemies to swallow you forever,” those were his exact words when I last visited his shrine.

With regrets he kept saying ...If I had known, I would have returned to him to conduct the three nights of ritual cleansing in the Congo River, which he had insisted upon. But I was fully booked for shows until the night I departed for Nairobi.
How can it be that Kofi Olomide is being treated like a peasant, a nobody, one without reckoning among the high and mighty? Why am I in prison? Because of a woman?
Who is the woman he asks – Hilary Clinton? No. Queen of England? No. Dlamini- Zuma? No. I am here, in this smelly , wretch place for disciplining of a girl who depends on me for her daily bread and that of her family;
A girl who I order into my bed many times in a single day. Since when did the voices of the ignorant, silly masses begin to drown the high octane of the elite few who decide what happens across Africa?
What did I do?... that is not common, even from of an Elite African man of my status and class ? I admit that I have zero tolerance for dissents, but that comes with creativity and affluence.
You have to keep people who are below you in their place, or else they will think too much of themselves.
For the four decades of my career, I have, on personal recognition been left off the hook for some of my admittedly hot-headed actions; such as losing my cool with the foolish producer who thinks he can get away with telling me what to do , simply cos he is a producer.
Or the cameraman who caught me disciplining one of those dancers and dared to film it; of course I broke his camera, but sadly missed his head.
And so many more instances where I have had to take the right action to put things right and people in their place, using a little bit of force action.
Not even in France have I been treated with such disrespect. Not even after those three teenage girls I kept myself company with for one week reported me to the police for unlawful detention and rape.
Even when the silly greedy girl who I gave a job as a dancer, and who had to be forced to reciprocate my kindness, reported me to the police. My friends at the top made sure I walked free from France, yes, from France .
All shows were cancelled in Kenya , Malawi and then I get home to find refuge and I am imprisoned. Despite all efforts from my friends, all the bribes I gave, I am put in jail like a pauper.
