It was end of the road for a tricycle (KEKE) rider and his accomplice who specialize in hypnotizing unsuspecting passengers in Akwa Ibom state. They were arrested on Thursday after being caught red handed when their charm failed to work on a young lady.
The incident which caused panic among residents -happened along Oron Road close to Uruan Street, Uyo when their local charm used in hypnotizing their victim refused to work.They were beaten and later handed over to Ewet Housing Estate Police officers who came to their rescue.
