When you’ve had a couple of pints at the pub, a lift home is something any person would appreciate. Fortunately for this dad, he has his very own driver - in the shape of his toddler son. Hilarious footage taken in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, shows the young boy sitting in his miniature car TOWING his dad home in what appears to be a home-made trailer.
The dad helps out his son by pushing the button on a pelican crossing before the boy drives onto the pavement to continue their journey home. Eyewitness Wayne Nuttall, who watched the pair make their comical journey home, said: “I was having a pint in my social club and popped out to have a cigarette.
"I looked across the road and saw this little chap driving his dad home. The dad was on a trailer at the the back of the car and was being towed by his son. I thought it was a really comical moment. It was like something out of South Park.”
Wayne joked that the lad was taking his dad home from the pub - although it now appears the pair had been in the local carnival procession the previous day. He added: "It seems the car was based on a mobility scooter which he had converted for £250.
