Here is Mr. Mark Okoye, the newest and youngest Commissioner in Anambra State, who is arguably the youngest State Commissioner in the entire country.
The 30yrs old Mark Okoye was confirmed as Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget Development by the Anambra State House of Assembly on Wednesday.
A source disclosed that the governor gave him the position as a way of giving youths a chance to prove themselves.
