Since the last months of 2015 till now, no month has past without one incidence or the other of fuel scarcity occurring in the country. It's already a constant that every month, there must be scarcity due to whatever reason - be it forex depletion, marketers' sabotage, lack of adequate imports, PENGASSAN/NUPENG strike, name it....

Each time fuel scarvity bites, it's the masses that suffer the most and thes funny but real photos just go to show the extent to which we've been battered by the poor economic situations.
