EduBox, A Non-governmental Organisation (NGO) focused on educational development, wrote a letter to the West African Examination Council (WAEC) requesting for the names of the best students in the exams in each state so that they  (Edubox) can award scholarships to the student. Instead of WAEC to encourage such a laudable venture by immediately extracting the information from their database, they sent a letter one month later telling the NGO that it would have to pay N1.8million "processing fee" before the names can be gotten.

When brilllance can not be rewarded again because of corrupt public institutions.
