The main talking point from the picture however is that priceless look on President Buhari's face as he watches Adeosun sign the papers and shake hands with the minister. It's like
when you're doing something wrong at a stranger's place and your parent is just looking at you like, "you will meet me at home"....lol...or is it that he disapproves of the minister, a muslim, shaking a woman's hand?
The bilateral agreement was on Avoidance of Double Taxation and the
Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes Income Doha, Qatar. Also present at the signing is the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh
Tamim Bin Hammad Al-Thani.
