In Nigeria we do not care about
image and maintenance one bit. Imagine the tattered chairs that visitors to the Nigerian
senate (The highest legislative institution of the country and the office of the Third in power in the Nigerian government) have to sit on while they wait to be
attended to.
What is even more painful is that
those our senators would be busy fighting to allocate millions of naira to buy
cars and other personal needs, yet they do not see the need to
allocate money
to get new furniture for the waiting room…haba!
