Wonders they say shall never end or cease. It has never ended and will never end if you are in Lagos. Imagine a grown up man being chained like a common street dog. I wouldn't know what this was for. Am very much certain it wasn't fun at all.
These people were spotted in Lawanson today and I just couldn't understand the trip they were catching or something. From the look of things, it seemed they were trying to compel the guy to perform some certain stunts.
But it's crazy anyway. I hope they are arrested.
