The Twitter user called her a fat bitch after she disclosed in the latest episode of KUWTK that she unashamedly gorges on lots of sweet treats to satisfy her pregnancy cravings.
"I just love food" Kim K admitted in the show. She further tweeted during the show, "Of course I had to fly to Paris for fashion and fooooood."
The troll then replied, "@Kimkardashian all you think about is food fat bitch."
The simple answer the reality star gave the troll was "yup."
Her fans quickly descended on the fan, with one tweeting: "She's pregnant - she can eat whatever she wants!"
