The incident happened around 3am in Martinez, California. Kylie is in critical condition while Marley and Lauren died instantly. All of them attended College Park High School and were 16 and 17 years old. Kylie was trying to negotiate a bend when she fell asleep.
The last thing she remembers is going 60 miles per hour. The Toyota Solara slammed into a tree on its passenger side but with the airbag deployment and probably safety restraints that Kylie had on, she was able to survive the collision.
