In Russia's Primorsky Safari Park, a goat who was sent as a meal to a Siberian Tiger surprised many as it instead became best buddies with the tiger who was supposed to eat it. Timur, the goat, had never been raised to be afraid of tigers so the moment he was sent into Amur's cage, the tiger, he raced to the tiger and chased him away from his sleeping place.

The tiger, at this point seemingly puzzled at the reversal of role, opted against confrontation. Timur has been sleeping in his spot for four nights now; Amur has been banished to sleeping on the shelter's roof.  Despite the unusual sleeping arrangements, there does not seem to be any animosity between the unlikely pair. Timur has also taken to following Amur around everywhere.The two have turned best buddies ever since, how Amur the tiger would feed henceforth is what puzzles me now.
