It was a sad day for the people of the Historic Festac town, a suburb part of Lagos. Men of the Underworld took over the town and wracked a serious havoc on a bank they robbed and as well caused panic among the residents of the area.
The incident didn't end without its usual casualities, but this time around, it got so sour as the unfortunate souls happened to be in the protection of their shelters when stray bullets from the gun shots of the robbers hit a woman and her baby. The baby died on the spot, while the woman died after being rushed to the hospital. The woman, simply identified as Mrs. Jane Ndirieka.
The victim’s neighbours disclosed that Mrs. Ndirieka was shot twice, one in the chest and in other the right shoulder while she carried her baby
