A blogger in Ogun State, Emmanuel Ojo, has been arrested by the Ogun State Police for defaming the State Governor's wife, Olufunke Amosun.

The Ogun state Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi in an interview, confirmed the arrest of a blogger, Emmanuel Ojo, who allegedly defamed the Wife of the Ogun State Governor.
The Punch reported that Ojo blogged about the alleged arrest of Amosun's wife for allegedly trying to traffic the sum of US300,000. Funke Amosun denied this allegation.
The Ogun State Police has stated that they are conducting investigations. If the blogger is found guilty, he'll be charged to court.
